The country's large-scale air defense war games are aimed at protecting its nuclear facilities from any probable attacks.
The message of this maneuver was peace and friendship to Iran's neighboring countries, but it also showed the Iranian armed forces' capability in fully encountering with any possible attacks.
The Iranian armed forces have fired upgraded Tor-M1 and Hawk missiles, on the last phase of this military exercise.
Revolutionary Guards Airspace also successfully promoted the operational range of the Russian Tor-M1 missile defense system to 35-thousand feet (10,668 meters) from a location unknown.
The maneuver involves the country's elite Revolutionary Guard, the paramilitary Basij forces affiliated with the Guard, as well as army units.
